Hai Lin Leung is a full-time GP who runs this micro-bakery from her own kitchen, opening the window every fortnight or so. Sesame soy congee sourdough, pineapple buns, bo lo bao, egg and tomato buns, ginger and spring onion focaccia. There is no shop and no regular hours — order through Instagram and go when she says.
