Breakfast is the quiet half of Dishoom's day: bacon naan rolls with cream cheese and chilli tomato jam, akuri on toast, and house chai. The King's Cross room takes over a former goods-yard building and is modelled on the Irani cafés of Bombay, down to the verandah on Stable Street.
