Begun in 2010 with a clay oven built in the corner of a Hackney arch and fired on offcuts from local carpenters. The arch now holds milling, a bakery school and a counter of bread, pastry and hot food, sourced from farmers the bakery describes as working towards an "Agrarian Renaissance".
