The Spy Bar is in the basement of the Old War Office on Whitehall, a building that spent a century at the centre of British military intelligence before Raffles turned it into a hotel. Their own billing is “home of cocktails & espionage”, and photography is not allowed inside. Tuesday to Saturday, five until one.
There is no public booking page. Access is arranged by enquiry to [email protected], so a reservation is essential rather than advisable.
