Hermanos took Independent Coffee Shop of the Year at the 2025 London Coffee Festival awards for this room, and Multiple Operator on the same night. Colombian single origins bought direct and named after the growers — Doña Delfina, Don Daniel — with notes closer to rose water and passionfruit than chocolate. Seven in the morning, seven days.
