Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world and almost none of it reaches a London bar as itself. Ngopi roasts Indonesian beans on an Indonesian-built roaster and serves them both the way you expect and the way they are drunk at home - the es kopi susu, iced with condensed milk, is the one to order, bitter and sweet at once.
