Stable Street runs through what was the goods yard behind the two stations, where the coal came in and the horses were kept, and is now Coal Drops Yard and the square in front of Central Saint Martins.
Redemption began as the first coffee roastery inside a prison and still trains there, running a barista academy for people leaving; a good part of the staff across their rooms came through it. The coffee has to stand on its own for the model to work, and it does - seasonal single origins, properly pulled.
