You do not need a ticket to eat here. Cicoria is Angela Hartnett's, set inside the Opera House, and the cooking is plain classical Italian - roasted cod with minestrone is the shape of it. The glazed terrace looks out over Covent Garden and the skyline behind, and the lunch menu costs a fraction of dinner.
