Mountain works the way Brat does, on open flame and a wood-fired oven, at a much larger scale and in a Spanish register. The menu runs from raw red prawns with stracciatella made in the building to a whole lobster caldereta that will feed five. The ground floor is loud and wrapped around the kitchen; the basement booths are where to sit if you want to hear anyone.
