Also in Wine.
Balfour make some of the most admired still and sparkling wine in the country, and have built the visit to match: guided tastings, blending workshops, dinners, and a long terrace over the vines where a wine flight and a flatbread will do just as well. There is a free self-guided walk through the vineyard if you would rather not book anything.
Marden is about three quarters of an hour from London Bridge. At weekends Balfour run a free shuttle from Marden station every half hour; otherwise it is a twenty-minute walk.
