Ben Brown opened in 2004 in a converted mews house behind Brook Street and shows the Italian post-war - Fontana, Boetti, Enrico Castellani - with a few contemporary artists and a line in large-format photography from the Düsseldorf school, Höfer and Thomas Struth among them. The mews is quiet and the rooms are small enough to make a Fontana slash feel like a private viewing.
