Colnaghi sold prints to Georgian London, drawings to Ruskin and paintings to the great American collectors; the National Gallery, the Frick and the Getty all bought here. The firm today shows Old Master paintings and sculpture, antiquities and Spanish colonial art in rooms on Bury Street, with exhibitions that put a Ribera or a Zurbaran on a wall you can stand in front of alone.
