The best baking in London. Bread, cakes, viennoiserie and patisserie worth crossing town for.
A vegetarian bakery on the square by Trinity Laban, and most of the counter is vegan.
Entirely vegetarianVegan specialist
Nothing here has meat or fish in it, and the greater part of the counter is vegan as well: crolls and cube croissants, brownies, cupcakes and cakes, with gluten-free versions of a good many of them. Breakfast is the other half of the day - vegan pancakes, toast with vegan butter and jam, porridge, eggs for those who want them.
The room is a working bakery rather than a shopfront with an oven somewhere else: an open-plan kitchen you can watch, an indoor garden, and the square outside Trinity Laban to sit on. They have had a stall in Greenwich Market for six years and take the weekend markets across London.
