Helen Evans left the head baker's job at Flor to open this in 2023, and bakes on UK-grown organic wheat: white sourdough, porridge bread, focaccia, croissants and doughnuts. The pain au chocolat gets called the best in London more often than any other. Cupboard-sized, open two days a week, and there is always a line.
