Sambrook's moved into the old Young's Ram Brewery in Wandsworth, a site with one of the longest continuous brewing histories in Britain, and runs a heritage centre alongside the working brewhouse. The tap spans two floors under the landmark chimney with a mezzanine bar and a terrace, pouring their own beer with Neapolitan pizza. Heritage tours and a monthly two-hour tasting are bookable separately. Named in the Evening Standard's top ten bars and restaurants in 2021.
