Bermondsey's mid-strength specialists, brewing nothing above 2.7% and doing it seriously rather than apologetically. The brewery runs tours and opens the taproom at the end of the week; you are welcome to bring your own food. Their stated hours are Friday and Saturday, sometimes weeknights when an event is on.
