Bill Granger brought Sydney breakfast to Westbourne Grove in 2011: scrambled eggs stirred slowly to a cream, ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, and a pale, daylit room to eat them in. Mornings are kept for people who simply turn up.
