Melt makes its bonbons and bars on the premises in an open kitchen, so the tempering and moulding happen a few feet from the shop floor rather than in a factory somewhere else. The range moves with the season, and they run a bean-to-bar workshop for anyone who wants to try it. Ledbury Road is the quiet parallel to Portobello.
