Open since 1946 behind a black vitrolite front, with football photographs on the walls and an order system that consists of somebody calling out what you asked for. Their own site says "Authentic. Art Deco." and "No Substitutions", which is the whole philosophy: eggs, bacon, bubble and a mug of tea.
