The Victoria Street shop, on the stretch between the Abbey end and the station. Badiani have made gelato in Florence since Idilio Badiani opened on viale dei Mille in 1932, and Buontalenti is theirs: cream, milk, sugar and egg yolk, after the Medici architect credited with inventing it.
