Found in 1979 when the site was cleared and kept in the basement of what was built on top, which opened it to the public in 2023. The wall here runs for some ten metres with the base of a bastion projecting from it, the one Roman bastion (as opposed to medieval) that can be seen in the city. Around it is a small gallery of what the archaeologists found on the site across two thousand years: Roman pottery and coins, medieval leather, Victorian clay pipes.
