The bar is the first thing you hear and the view is the first thing you see, twenty-four floors up over the City. The room is dark and faintly deco, and the menu is generous modern European with several cuts of Cumbrian beef coming off the Josper grill. The wine list runs from affordable to nothing of the kind.
