This is the highest restaurant in Europe, on the sixtieth floor of 22 Bishopsgate, and the counter has been turned to face the glass rather than the open kitchen, which tells you what it thinks you came for. Twelve seats, a tasting menu nobody is shown in advance, and everyone served at the same moment, so arriving late costs courses. There is a security check at street level.
