Elis Regina was one of the great voices of Brazilian popular music, and Rafael Cagali named his second restaurant after her. It is a room of twelve tables where the food arrives to be shared instead of served in courses: bolinhos de bacalhau beside a panzanella, a picanha skewer beside crab linguini. Two countries on one table, and nobody made to choose between them.
