Zac Whittle and Freddie Sheen ran pop-ups for years before finding a room of their own, and it looks the part - concrete walls, bright prints, tables that do not match each other. The menu is rewritten daily and the combinations read oddly and do not eat that way: grilled Bobby beans with piperade, smoked almonds and cherries.
