This is the Ramsay group's move into East Asia, and the menu declines to pick a country: mushroom tempura out of Japan, a bao of bonito-fried duck leg from China, fried chicken under hot Korean miso that the menu calls GFC. There is a raw bar for anyone who came for sushi, and an express lunch costing far less than the evening.
