Achille Pinna put his name over the door and then declined to do anything clever with it: seafood prepared simply, a pasta course in the middle, prime cuts and the fish of the day after that, and a choice between tiramisu and cannoli at the end. The room is smart and noisy and the cooking is deliberately without invention.
