Most Sri Lankan cooking in London comes from the south of the island; Rambutan looks north instead, to the Tamil region, which is a different set of spices and a different set of dishes. It is small and busy and the staff will steer you if you tell them what you like. The rambutan itself is a fruit, a relative of the lychee.
