The pair who run Sollip trained in European kitchens and cook a set menu that runs both traditions at once: a tarte Tatin made with daikon, a courgette flower stuffed with crab and dubu, the Korean tofu, and a pain perdu flavoured with ssuk, the mugwort Korean baking uses. The room is pastel and very quiet for where it stands.
