Robin Gill spent years on the Amalfi Coast and built this around what he found there. The menu keeps the Italian order - cicchetti, antipasti, primi, secondi - and the dishes are the ones that order implies: aubergine parmigiana, ossobuco, tiramisu. Start on the arancini, which is where the kitchen shows its hand.
