Stanley's is hard to find and largely full of people who already knew where it was. You sit either in a sheltered courtyard or in the lean-to glasshouse beside it, and the cooking is seasonal and plain in the way that only works when the produce is right: a leek, a pork chop, and not much else on the plate.
