Tatar Bunar opened in 2025 and is decorated like a showroom for Ukrainian pottery, with a long open kitchen down one side and a covered terrace at the back. The plates are large enough that sharing is not really optional. Pickled cherry tomatoes under lemon yoghurt is the dish it became known for, and banoush with ox cheeks is the one for a cold evening.
