Isaac McHale cooks a seasonal tasting menu in rooms the restaurant has barely altered, inside the old Shoreditch Town Hall. The style is technical and then pared back, so plates arrive with fewer things on them than the kitchen began with, and the produce is almost all from these islands. It came into the World's 50 Best list higher than any other new entry in 2016.
