Sit at the counter, where the chargrill and the wood oven are directly in front of you. The hummus arrives under crisp fried chickpeas, which is a small improvement on a familiar thing, and after that the prawns with chilli and garlic, or chicken thighs with peppers and tomato. Even the potatoes go over the fire.
