An hour of chamber music in the Performance Studio at five past one on a Tuesday, played by musicians at the end of a conservatoire training rather than the start of one. The programme changes every week and is not announced far ahead, which is the point: turn up and find out.
The ticket is pay what you can, from £2 to £15, with a free option. That applies across the College's own programme, not just this series, and it makes South Kensington an unusually cheap place to hear playing of this standard.
