The copper stills that restarted London gin, in a Chiswick back street.
Guided tourFood & drink
Sipsmith opened in 2009 as the first copper-pot gin distillery in London in almost two hundred years, and the tour still runs out of the same small building: the three stills, the botanicals, and a tutored tasting at the end. An hour and a half, from £25, on selected dates. They also run a gin cocktail masterclass and occasional supper evenings. No parking, so come by Tube.
