Moore sold the 1957-58 bronze cheaply to the London County Council for a Stepney housing estate, where the tenants named her Old Flo; when the estate came down in 1997 she went to Yorkshire, Tower Hamlets came close to selling her, and in 2017 she came back to Cabot Square at Canary Wharf, on loan, a few miles from where she stood. A woman in drapery that hangs like wet cloth, one of the works Moore developed from his wartime shelter drawings.
