Cady Noland

The most withholding artist in America, showing in a single room off Berkeley Square.

Art & designFree

At Gagosian Davies Street.

Cady Noland made her name in the late 1980s with sculptures assembled from beer cans, scaffolding poles, chain-link and press photographs silkscreened onto aluminium cut-outs — an America of guns, celebrity and drink, laid out like evidence. She then largely stopped exhibiting, and has since disowned works she considered mishandled, which makes any show of hers unusual. Davies Street is one room. Free.
