Hauser & Wirth

The Savile Row galleries of the Swiss dealers, two floors of museum-grade shows behind a tailor's street.

Commercial galleryFree

Hauser & Wirth took two adjoining buildings on Savile Row in 2010 and joined them into a gallery with the proportions of a small museum: Louise Bourgeois, Philip Guston, Mark Bradford and Rashid Johnson have had shows here that would not have shamed the Tate. The gallery also handles major estates - Arshile Gorky, Eva Hesse, Fausto Melotti - so the programme swings between living artists and the twentieth century.
