Thomas Houseago: Death's Sacred Mirror

New sculptures set among Aztec artefacts, a Beuys and a Bourgeois, all chosen by the sculptor.

Art & designFree

At Lévy Gorvy Dayan.

Houseago arranged this one himself, in the spirit of a cabinet of curiosities: his new sculptures share the rooms with Egyptian, Greek and Aztec objects and with work by Joseph Beuys, Louise Bourgeois, Jacob Epstein, Lucio Fontana, Henri Gaudier-Brzeska, Matisse, Meret Oppenheim and Günther Uecker. The title comes from the polished obsidian mirrors the Aztecs used for divination. Free.
