Segal cast people from life in plaster and then in bronze, and Rush Hour of 1983-87 is six of them in coats, heads down, striding together through an invisible crowd; placed among the bankers of Broadgate it is a mirror, and the painted dark bronze makes them look wet. One of the few pieces of American Pop-era sculpture standing in a London street.
