Timothy Taylor opened in 1996 and has kept to a list built around painting and sculpture with a long view - Scully, Katz, Eddie Martinez, Hilary Pecis, Simon Hantai's estate - and has offices in New York. The London gallery is on Bolton Street, a step off Piccadilly, and the shows tend to be one artist, well hung.
