A cookie and matcha counter on Hackney Road, where the matcha is the other half of the business rather than the thing you wash the cookie down with.
The cookies are the thick, gooey sort at around £5 each, and the flavour list follows what London is currently excited about and commits to it: banana maple brulee, chocolate chip and walnut, Dubai chocolate, Sicilian pistachio. The matcha has a whole iced range of its own, whisked to order. It is a small room that opens in the afternoon on weekdays.
