Where London eats first: fry-ups, bakery counters and long brunches, from a Bethnal Green caff to the fortieth floor.
The Camden Lock branch, in a yard of market units rather than on a street.
Brunch menu
Middle Yard is inside the market rather than beside it, which makes this the most unlikely-looking of Lantana's rooms and the one where the Antipodean brunch reads least like an import: Camden Lock has been feeding people from stalls and railway arches since the 1970s.
The cooking is Lantana's - scratch kitchen, seasonal, Australian in accent, with coffee taken as seriously as the food. It shuts at half past five and is closed on Sundays, which is a reasonable thing to check before crossing London for it on a market day.
