Prestat

The chocolate shop that invented the chocolate truffle in Britain, in a pink-and-gold arcade shop.

Food & drinkRoyal Warrant

Antoine Dufour brought his father's truffle recipe to London in 1902 and Prestat has made them since. It holds a royal warrant, and Roald Dahl was a devoted customer - his family still supply the quotation on the boxes.

The Princes Arcade shop is tiny and entirely pink. The truffles and the drinking chocolate are what to take away.
