The best coffee in London. We only list places that take coffee really seriously.
A Dean Street coffee hatch, weekdays only: you order at the window and take it with you.
Ada is a window rather than a room. You order on the pavement on Dean Street, take the cup and go, and there is nowhere to sit and no pretence that there is - which in a part of London where the rent is the first fact about any business is the sensible shape for a coffee bar to take. It keeps the whole thing down to somebody and a machine, and what is being sold is the coffee rather than a seat.
Weekdays only, and shut by five, so it is built around the people who work in Soho rather than around a weekend. Its own listing says eight-ish for the morning, and there are usually cookies.
Weekdays, from around 08:00 until 17:00
