A Brewers Cup finalist's own roastery counter on Lower Marsh.
Opened in 2025 by Junchao Huang, who placed third in the 2023 UK Brewers Cup, and built by the founders themselves - they come from architecture, and it shows. The coffee is roasted by Calico in London on a pair of small roasters chosen for repeatability, from producers in Kenya, Panama, Ethiopia and Yunnan, with the stated aim of making coffee taste like itself: clean, clear, sweet, expressive. Bags to take home, and shipping to thirty-odd countries from the same operation.
