Lavelle does not roast. The coffee comes from a small independent roaster it does not name, with a house blend worked up for the bar and single-origin filters that change. The rest of the counter is the same idea applied elsewhere: bread and viennoiseries baked for them by a London bakery, cakes by a chef who used to cook with a Michelin star, smoked salmon from a small family smokehouse, and tea made from whole leaves.
