Omotesando Koffee started in an old house in the Tokyo district it takes its name from, and has carried one idea everywhere it has gone since: the whole bar is a plain cube, set in the middle of the room like a kiosk in a park, with nothing on top of it. It opened on Newman Street in December 2018. The drink people come for is the iced cappuccino, served under a thick head of bubble foam dusted with cocoa.
