Trampoline

A Camden Passage cafe that trains and employs refugees, and then helps them leave for something better.

Trampoline runs the Changing Journeys programme: refugees are taken on here, put through a barista qualification with the Bloom Coffee Academy, and then handed to employment partners who move them into work elsewhere - the point being that people bounce off it rather than stay. It also gives counter space to businesses started by refugees, among them Yogi's Kitchen, whose Sri Lankan food is what most people end up eating.

The coffee is roasted in London in small batches, the tea is NEMI's, which is another refugee employer, and the food changes with the season. Tables outside on the passage, among the antique shops.
